2026 is set to be a year of celebration for the codeandcore, with a variety of events planned throughout the year. From team-building activities to social events, we will be bringing employees together by recognizing the hard work of all the employees involved. The events are designed to promote a positive work culture, foster teamwork, and boost employee morale, creating a fun and enjoyable work environment for all.

Moar Kotler Client Visit

Maor Kotler’s visit in April 2026 was a special milestone for the CNC family, marking the first in-person meeting after 12 years of collaboration. Over time, this professional relationship has grown into a strong bond of trust and friendship. The team gave him a warm traditional welcome and hosted an open, interactive session where he shared insights on design, work culture, and life experiences. A memorable highlight was when he played the guitar, creating a calm and magical moment for everyone. The visit beautifully reflected CNC’s belief in building meaningful, long-term relationships beyond just work.

Lunch Room Inauguration

A small space with great importance, our new lunch room was inaugurated as a step towards creating a more comfortable and refreshing break environment for the team. The inauguration was marked with a simple yet joyful gathering, celebrating this new addition to our workspace. It’s now a place where conversations flow, ideas spark, and teammates connect beyond work.

Corporate Fun Week

The week kicked off with Chocolate Attire Day, where employees dressed in colors inspired by their favorite chocolate wrappers, turning the office into a vibrant mix of reds, purples, and browns. This was followed by Appreciation Day, a heartwarming experience where everyone wrote anonymous notes for their colleagues, spreading positivity and gratitude all around. Midweek brought Pyjama Day, where comfort met productivity as the team showed up in cozy, office-appropriate outfits, making it one of the most relaxed and fun days at work. The energy continued with CodeandCore Tee Day, as everyone proudly wore the official CNC T-shirt, creating a strong sense of unity and team spirit. The week wrapped up with the most entertaining of all, Role Swap Day where employees dressed like their colleagues in a fun and respectful way, recreating their styles and personalities, leading to lots of laughter and unforgettable moments.

Women’s Day Celebration (2026)

Women’s Day 2026 at CNC was filled with appreciation, surprises, and heartfelt moments. This time, all the amazing women of our team received special customized notes, each one thoughtfully written to make them feel valued and celebrated. Along with the notes, there were beautiful gifts, including stylish purses and a big sunflower bouquet that added a bright and cheerful touch to the day. The office was filled with smiles, positivity, and a whole lot of girl power! It was a truly memorable celebration that made every woman feel special, appreciated, and empowered.

Navratri Nights (2025)

Navratri 2025 was an unforgettable celebration for the entire CNC family! This year, all employees came together to attend the grand Navratri event of Ishani Dave. Sir surprised everyone by arranging passes for the whole team, making the celebration even more special. Dressed in colorful traditional outfits, the CNC team enjoyed an evening full of music, Garba, and festive energy. Surrounded by lights, laughter, and the incredible atmosphere of the event, everyone danced their hearts out and created memories that will stay with us for years to come. It was a perfect night of celebration, bonding, and true festive spirit.

Diwali Celebration (2025)

Diwali 2025 at CNC was nothing short of grand! The entire office was beautifully decorated with lights, rangoli, and festive vibes that instantly lifted everyone’s spirits. Dressed in traditional attire, the team came together to celebrate with music, laughter, and fun activities. What made this celebration truly special was a heartfelt surprise from our CEO; each employee found a special gift waiting on their desk, adding an extra spark of joy to the day. From decorations to thoughtful gestures, it was a perfect celebration of togetherness, gratitude, and festive cheer.

CNC Volunteering Day (2025)

In 2025, the Code and Core team stepped out of the office to support a shelter home for orphaned and underprivileged women in Paldi. As part of our donation drive, we contributed a complete computer setup to empower their learning journey. Beyond the donation, our volunteers spent the day teaching basic computer skills to 50–60 women. From handling a mouse to typing simple words, we introduced them to the digital world in the most fun and interactive way we could. Their excitement, curiosity, and joy reminded us how even small efforts can spark big changes. At CNC, we often say we build with purpose, and this day was a perfect reflection of that belief.

CNC Cricket League

The CNC Cricket League is one of the many team-building activities we host at Code and Core. The event kicks off with a fun player auction, where three team captains get a budget and bid on their favorite players - yep, just like the real thing! It’s a mix of strategy, friendly banter, and excitement as the teams start taking shape. After the auction, three teams are formed, and the real fun begins. Following some intense and thrilling matches, two teams - The Dynamos and Tech Titans - made it to the finals. The game was packed with energy, healthy competition, and loud cheers from all corners. Yeah, we took a break from our desks and showed up on the field instead - to refresh, recharge, and enjoy the game together. A perfect mix of fun, bonding, and team spirit - outside the workspace, but still 100% Code and Core.

Roadies Trip (2024)

The Roadies trip was an adventure packed with excitement and unforgettable moments! From the thrilling adventure of the valley crossing to flying high on zip lines and daring rope cycling in the air, each activity pushed the CNC team to new limits. Encouraged by one another, and shared endless laughter, creating memories that will stay well beyond the workplace.

Third Office Inauguration

In 2024, we celebrated a major milestone with the opening of our third office, expanding our global presence and solidifying our growth. As a trusted #1 software development and design company, we continue to serve a diverse range of clients with tailored solutions that drive success. Reflecting the growth and hardship our cnc team has grown bigger and stronger. We’re proud of our journey and excited to lead, innovate, and support our clients for years to come.

When client visit us

The CNC family warmly welcomed the Agora RE team, sharing unforgettable moments and creating lasting memories. The adventure included a visit to India’s iconic Statue of Unity, thrilling river rafting, and other fun activities that brought everyone closer. To make it even more special, CNC employees surprised Asaf with thoughtful gifts. It was the perfect mix of business, fun, and strengthened connections, making it a truly memorable visit. Having the Agora RE team with us was an absolute blast, and we can’t wait for more amazing moments together!

Dubai Trip (2023)

At CNC, we work hard and celebrate even harder! Our Codeandcore team had an amazing 5-day trip to Dubai, striking the perfect balance between work and fun. The team visited iconic landmarks like the Burj Khalifa, Ferrari World, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, and more, creating unforgettable memories along the way. It was a week of non-stop adventure and the CNC team had a great time!

CEO’s Israel Visit

Our CEO was warmly welcomed during his trip to Israel, receiving exceptional hospitality and kindness from everyone he met. The care and gratitude shown towards Indians was truly unforgettable. Highlights of the trip included a meaningful meeting with the Agora RE Team and co-founders Bar, Lior, and Noam, as well as the generous hospitality of Yiftach Atias and Matan Zamft. Our CEO also had the opportunity to visit Elsight’s office and enjoy coffee with their Director of Marketing, Ben Gross. The trip perfectly combined business, valuable connections, and memorable experiences.

Second Office Inauguration

2021 marked a year of significant transformation for Code and Core. We doubled in size, expanded our international reach, and enhanced our services to offer more comprehensive solutions. To celebrate this milestone, the entire Code and Core family came together for a special inauguration of our second office. The team came together for a heartfelt pooja, seeking blessings for continued success, innovation, and growth. It was a moment of unity and gratitude, filled with excitement for the journey ahead!

Diwali Celebration 2022, 2023, 2024

On Wednesday, November 8th, 2023, the Codeandcore family got together for Diwali celebration. Decorated with festive lights and colors, the venue set the perfect mood. Dressed in traditional outfits, most of the employees showcased their inner talents by singing and dancing. Playing fun group games was an add-on activity that created an atmosphere filled with laughter and friendly competition. With smiles all around, it was a perfect Diwali celebration.

Navratri Nights 2022, 2023

Navratri is a celebration of the divine power, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness. The Code and Core family came together to honor this festive spirit, with the team dressed in vibrant, colorful outfits that radiated energy and joy. The night was alive with excitement as the CNC team showcased their Garba moves, dancing in unison and embracing the traditions of the festival. It was a vibrant evening of Garba, full of energy.

Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration 2023, 2024

From September 19th to September 25th, 2023, we celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi by bringing Ganeshji to our workplace for 7 days. Each Employee took the opportunity and contributed to decorating the office space. On the last day, we all came together to celebrate and offer “56 bhog” prasad to Ganeshji, sharing blessings and spreading smiles all around.

Uttarakhand Trip 2019

The Code and Core team had an unforgettable adventure in Uttarakhand, surrounded by the stunning beauty of mountains and waterfalls. The breathtaking landscapes provided the perfect backdrop for thrilling experiences like bungee jumping and river rafting, leaving unforgettable memories. The trip was a perfect blend of adventure, team bonding, and the true beauty of nature!
