Cancellation and Refund Process

You can cancel your service order within 2 days (15 working hours) of the project’s start date.

To initiate cancellation, please email us at Hello@codeandcore.com with a clear cancellation request or you can directly talk with your point of contact person.

Important Notes:

• The cancellation period begins as soon as work commences.
• Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will remain on our servers.
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• Service Initiation: The project must not have been in progress for more than 2 days (15 working hours) from the start date.
• Work Confirmation: Refunds are not applicable once work has been confirmed via email or marked as in-progress or completed.
• Delivery Status: Services that are partly or fully delivered are not eligible for a refund.

Exclusions and Limitations

To maintain our high standards of quality and service delivery:

Refunds are not applicable beyond the 2-day cancellation window.

Refunds do not apply to projects that have been approved or fully delivered.
