Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and keep a database of leads updated using spreadsheets and Airtable for the sales team.
• Check and qualify leads to help improve sales conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to make strategies better and increase conversion rates.
• Create and carry out lead generation strategies to find potential clients through different channels.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other freelancing sites, along with cold calling and email marketing.
• Find and target C-level audiences in specific industries using LinkedIn and other resources.
• Keep improving lead generation processes to make them more effective.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to discover new lead generation opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and meet targets.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with potential clients.
• Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social media lead generation.
• Analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to work alone and as part of a team.
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
