We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to complement our team. You will be pivotal in securing freelance projects and opportunities on prominent platforms such as Upwork Fiverr, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, etc. Your primary responsibilities will encompass project identification, crafting compelling proposals, and adept client communication to secure coveted projects. Responsibilities:

Project Identification: Thoroughly scour Upwork and relevant freelancing platforms to pinpoint projects that align harmoniously with our expertise and capabilities. Mainly Web Development (WordPress, HTML, Frontend, Animations, designs etc)

Bid Development: Articulate persuasive and customized project proposals, vividly showcasing our grasp of the client’s requirements and our prowess in delivering exceptional results.

Competitive Analysis: Diligently research competitors’ bidding strategies and pricing models to ensure our proposals remain competitive, while also safeguarding profitability.

Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate project terms, scope, and pricing, securing mutually advantageous agreements.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and evolving client preferences to adapt and refine our bidding strategy.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1-year experience with bidding on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success as a Business Development Executive or a related role, with a consistent record of securing high-value projects. Experience with Upwork is mandatory and the candidate should be able to showcase past work and proposals that won jobs!

Exceptional Communication: Outstanding proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.

Freelancing Platform Acumen: In-depth understanding of freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork, including their nuances and operational intricacies.

Proposal Artistry: Ability to craft compelling, bespoke project proposals that resonate with clients.

Competitive Analysis: Proficiency in conducting thorough competitive analyses and effective market research.

Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation prowess coupled with adept client management skills.

Self-Driven: Highly motivated, proactive, and resolute in your pursuit of success within the competitive freelancing landscape.

Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational and time-management aptitude.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various software development and product development domains

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• At least 1 years of experience
• Must have a bachelor’s degree or MCA.
• Can talk in English fluently
